• Automated insurance claim submission and EVV (electronic visit verification) reporting through practice-management, clearinghouse and state EVV integrations.
• Automated claim-status checks across 10+ payers, cutting manual effort ~90% by turning portal lookups and hold-heavy calls into a 1-minute review:
  • Payer-portal automation with Playwright, and a voice agent that calls payer phone lines and waits out long hold queues.
  • Replaced an LLM-planned workflow with a deterministic workflow pipeline, keeping LLMs only for structured extraction.
• Led a three-part migration from per-endpoint Auth0 permission claims (every endpoint listed in the token) to role-based authorization declared on each endpoint, so access rules live in code and are reviewed and tested with it.
• Improved API response and page load times with query optimization and read-replica routing.

Frappe

Engineer · September 2023 – March 2026

• Maintainer of the open-source Frappe Framework and bench CLI.
• Led optimizations and integrations including:
  • Migrated the legacy database query layer (DatabaseQuery) onto a pypika-based query builder, removing a raw-SQL injection surface (#34146).
  • Added SQLite as a third database backend (after MariaDB and PostgreSQL), so the framework runs without a database server and site creation is twice as fast (~25s → ~13s) (#31156).
  • Non-nullable fields, so queries skip needless COALESCE (#22804).
  • Built an opt-in Sentry integration that collected errors from thousands of Frappe Cloud sites, surfacing hundreds of bugs before users reported them (#23483).
  • Streaming backup restores with no extraction to disk, reading header metadata instead of the whole file.
  • Adopted ruff (~32x faster than flake8, ~1.6s → ~50ms; #24772) and uv (3x faster installs, ~62s → ~20s; bench #1631).
• Owned security triage: hotfixes on stable branches, structural fixes in major releases.
• Reviewed 350+ PRs, triaged 250+ GitHub issues, and handled 900+ L2/L3 customer support tickets.

Navana Tech

Built projects mostly from scratch.

• Zabaan (vernacular voice guidance for apps): Led the backend rewrite from flask-restx to FastAPI with Docker-based deployments and optimized asset publishing, and split out a user-management service (2FA, RBAC, automated billing, logging).
• Sayl.ai: Built a WhatsApp commerce platform from scratch (Go, FastAPI), used by 100+ brands and 1M+ end users: a node-based flow engine that routes incoming messages via keyword/NLP intent detection, automated messaging (broadcasts, abandoned-cart recovery, delivery updates), and Shopify and Razorpay integrations.
• Bodhi platform (part-time consulting, August 2025 – February 2026): Built the CMS APIs for Navana's voice AI contact center product and helped integrate new telephony providers.
